Job Specification :
Should be creative and be able to design very professional high quality designs and themes.
Should be able to complete each day, at least one design and convert it to html/themes.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadline.
Must have knowledge of design integration with CMS (eg. wordpress, xoops, joomla Expertise will be +, x-cart, etc ).
Ambitious to grow with us.
Should be proficient in HTML/XHTML, CSS,Dreamweaver,tableless coding, CSS, JavaScript, Prototype/jquery lybraries, Illustrator/Photoshop to design web templates, logos and icons for our web and software projects, motools, flex, acrionscript
Smarty : Template Engine
Good knowledge of W3c standards and latest technologies.
Should possess extreem knowledge of php and MySQL.High knowledge in Flash, swishmax.
Should be hardworking

Educational Description :
Diploma or Bachelors in Computer science
Should be 3+ years experienced in web designing with at least 1 year work experience from US/UK/AUS/EU/ASIA based company.
